3D physical model of the breakwater

Model objectives

Wave tank (3D model) study of:

  • stability and overtopping of the breakwater protecting the pumping station (L=370m with 5-7t rockfill armour facing),
  • stability of the structure protecting the suction pipes (1t rockfill),
  • impact of waves on the outfall hydraulic circuit (unconfined channel).
